INGREDIENTS
Ingredients: - 2 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, etc., about 2 oz each)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- A pinch of black pepper
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 tortillas
- ¼ red onion, diced
- ¼ avocado, cubed
- ½ tomato, diced
- A handful of cilantro
- ½ fresh lime
For the sauce: - Korean BBQ Sauce honey soy, to taste
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp garlic powder

- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 tomato, diced

For the sauce: - Korean BBQ Sauce honey soy, to taste

DIRECTIONS
- Pat fish fillets dry, season with salt, pepper, cumin, and cayenne.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute, then grill fish on both sides.
- Dice red onion, avocado, and tomato, then mix.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan until slightly crispy.
- Spread sour cream sauce on tortillas, add onion, tomato, avocado, and fish. Drizzle generously with honey soy sauce, top with cilantro and lime.
