INSTRUCCIONES
Prepare the ingredients: Slice the onion thinly, and finely chop the green chili and scallions.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
*You can also add tofu, potatoes, crab meat, or shrimp if desired.
Cook the ingredients: In a pot, add water and Yondu and bring to a boil.
Add the prepared vegetables (onion, green chili, and scallions) and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Finish the soup: Slowly pour in the beaten eggs and cook over medium heat for about 15–30 seconds until done. Add a pinch of black pepper if desired.
