250g cooked white rice
1 small head butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed
230g pork belly, cut in strips
2 tbsp Sempio Ssamjang
1 spring onion, chopped
1 bunch chives, halved

DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle some salt on both sides of the pork belly strips. Drizzle oil into a pan over a high heat, cooking until golden.
To make Ssam, place a leaf of lettuce on the palm of your hand. On the lettuce, place a scoop of rice, a piece of pork belly and a generous dollop of Sempio Ssamjang.
Garnish with spring onions, chives and sesame.
Wrap and enjoy!
