Korean BBQ Dipping Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1.0 pc Butter lettuce (small head, leaves separated and washed)
- 1.0 bunch Chives (halved)
- 230.0 g Pork belly (cut in strips)
- 2.0 tbsp Sempio Ssamjang
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
- 1.0 pc Spring onion (chopped)
- 250.0 g Cooked white rice

- 1.0 pc Butter lettuce (small head, leaves separated and washed)
- 1.0 bunch Chives (halved)
- 230.0 g Pork belly (cut in strips)
- 2.0 tbsp Sempio Ssamjang
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
- 1.0 pc Spring onion (chopped)
- 250.0 g Cooked white rice
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Sprinkle some salt on both sides of the pork belly strips. Drizzle oil into a pan over a high heat, cooking until golden.
- 2. To make Ssam, place a leaf of lettuce on the palm of your hand. On the lettuce, place a scoop of rice, a piece of pork belly and a generous dollop of Sempio Ssamjang.
- 3. Garnish with spring onions, chives and sesame.
- 4. Wrap and enjoy!
