I have a small following. Can I still apply?

Yes. There's no minimum follower count. We look for real home cooking and an engaged audience, not big numbers.

Which product will I receive?

Pick the product you'd like to try in the application. We'll do our best to send your choice, but it depends on availability. Selected creators receive 1–2 full-size Sempio products.

When will I hear back?

We review applications once a month. If you're selected, we'll email you with next steps. Selection isn't guaranteed, and we only email creators who are selected.

What if I don't like the product?

Say so. We ask for an honest review, with no script and no approval from us. Your real opinion is what we're here for.

Do I need to tag Sempio?

Yes. Tag Sempio in your post and disclose that the products were provided for free, with #gifted or #ad.

Program terms

Eligibility

The program is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older with a valid U.S. shipping address (no P.O. boxes) and a public TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account. There is no minimum follower count.

Selection and products

We review applications monthly and choose creators at our discretion. Applying does not guarantee selection. Selected creators receive 1–2 full-size Sempio products, shipped free within the U.S. The products are yours to keep, with nothing to return or pay.

Your video

Post one public cooking video featuring the products within 14 days of delivery, tag Sempio, and reply to our program email with the link to your post.

Honest opinions and disclosure

Share your honest opinion. We don't provide a script or approve your video before it's posted. Clearly disclose that Sempio provided the products for free, for example with #gifted or #ad, as required by the FTC's Endorsement Guides.

Content permission

By taking part, you allow Sempio to reshare your video on Sempio's own social media channels and website for 24 months from the date you post it, always with credit to you.

We use the details you submit only to run this program. If you're selected, we'll email you about shipping and your video. If you opted in, we may also email you about future creator programs; you can unsubscribe at any time.
