Easy Beef Bulgogi with Sempio Bulgogi Sauce

A quick Korean beef bulgogi made with thinly sliced beef, onion, green onion, and Sempio Joseon Bulgogi Sauce. Mix, stir-fry, and serve a savory weeknight main in about 20 minutes.

  • 540g beef for bulgogi, thinly sliced
  • 40g green onion (about 1/2 stalk), sliced diagonally
  • 100g onion (about 1/3 onion), thinly sliced
  • 155g Sempio Bulgogi Sauce

作り方

1. Slice the onion into thin 0.5cm strips. Cut the green onion diagonally into 0.5cm-thick, 4–5cm-long pieces.


2. Cut the beef for bulgogi into 4–5cm pieces. Add Sempio Joseon Bulgogi Sauce and mix for 1 minute.


3. Add the prepared vegetables to the beef and toss until the sauce is evenly distributed.


4. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned beef and vegetables, then stir-fry for 7–10 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and the onion turns translucent.
