  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Sempio Bulgogi Sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce and sliced tomato, for serving

Sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Sempio Gochujang

INSTRUCCIONES

  1. Combine the ground beef and bulgogi sauce gently, then shape into 4 patties for the base recipe.
  2. Cook the patties in a hot skillet or on a grill, turning as needed, until the centers reach 160°F.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and gochujang in a small bowl.
  4. Spread the sauce on the buns and add the burgers, lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately.
