Scallion & Ginger kimchi
A delicious way to take care of your gut health
Ingredients (serves 2)
12 bunch of scallions (1kg/2.2lb) into 2-inch pieces
6 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger (60g)
1 Kimchi @Home base
2 Gochugaru packets
How to make it

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly for about 3 minutes until red color stains scallions evenly.

Leave at room temperature overnight and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
Tip
This is a great kimchi to cook with. Use it as a base for a stir-fried rice or noodles or bake it in the oven as part of a casserole.
