Savory Ssamjang Taco
Korean Mexican taco fusion
Ingredients (serves 2)
300g minced beef
1/4 onion, chopped
1 tbsp oil
4 tbsp Sempio Ssamjang
1/8 romaine lettuce, shredded
1/4 cucumber, diced
2 tbsp sour cream
6 flour tortilla
Fresh chilli and coriander, sliced (optional)
How to make it

In a pan over high heat, add oil, minced beef and onion, then cook for 5 mins.

Reduce heat to low, stir-in the Sempio Ssamjang and cook for 1 more min.

Assemble the minced beef, shredded lettuce, cucumber, and Sempio Ssamjang in each tortilla. Top with sour cream and the chilli and coriander if desired.
Ssamjang
Flavorful seasoned soybean paste with savory and mildly spicy flavors and a nutty fragrance. Best used as a vegetable and Korean BBQ dipping sauce.
