2 Tbsp. ginger, julienne
2 scallion, julienne
1 bunch cilantro
Red chili pepper, sliced (optional)
How to make it
-
On a pot with boiling water, place a steamer or a colander. Steam the fish for about 10 minutes. Remove and place on a tray.
-
In a pan over high heat, combine oil, ginger, and heat until it starts sizzling. Pour over the fish right away.
-
Finish with cilantro leaves on top and if desired, some chili pepper slices.
Tip
It is important that the oil is very hot when pouring on the fish because it will help impregnate all the flavors together.
