Kimchi pasta

Delicious umami-packed pasta with a hint of spicy

Ingredients (serves 2)

6 oz. Linguine (170g.)
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. Yondu
1-cup spicy kimchi (napa cabbage)

How to make it

  1. Boil pasta following the instructions on the package

  2. In the meantime, in a large pan over medium heat, combine olive oil and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, until garlic starts to brown. Add Yondu and parsley and stir all together for 30 seconds.

  3. Add kimchi and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.

  4. Drain pasta and add it to the pan with the kimchi. Add also ¼ of the water of cooking the pasta.

  5. You can serve topped with cheese, chopped scallions or chives

Tip

Add ½ cup of cream if you fancy a creamy and spicy pasta sauce.
