Easy to make and make convenient travel food or lunchbox additions
Ingredients (serves 4)
500g cooked rice
1 can of tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp Sempio Bulgogi BBQ Sauce (optional)
A handful of Sempio Gim Jaban crispy seaweed
How to make it

In a bowl, combine cooked rice, tuna, mayo, bulgogi sauce and a third of the crispy seaweed. Mix well.

Out of the mixture, form balls of about 2 inches large, Press the remaining seaweed onto each ball until it is covered.

Serve at room temperature with a bowl of Sempio Bulgogi BBQ Sauce or Sempio Soy Sauce to dip.
